When you fill in our loan enquiry form, we collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, city, the type and amount of loan you're looking for, and any documents you choose to upload. We verify your phone number with a one-time password (OTP) before your enquiry is processed.
How We Use Your Information
- To match you with a loan advisor (DSA) who covers your city and product.
- To let your loan advisor contact you about your enquiry and guide your application.
- To send you updates about your enquiry by SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
- To improve our matching and, where you've agreed, for marketing about products that may interest you.
Who We Share It With
We share your enquiry details only with the loan advisor (DSA) matched to your enquiry, and, once you choose to proceed, with the lenders they work with on your behalf. We do not sell your information to third parties.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your information for as long as needed to help with your loan application and to meet our legal record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your Choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent for marketing contact at any time by writing to help@bankloankart.com.
