If Something Went Wrong
We want to know if a loan advisor asked you for money, misrepresented an offer, was unresponsive, or otherwise didn't meet our standards. Here's how to raise it, and what happens next.
How to Raise a Complaint
- Email help@bankloankart.com with your enquiry reference number (sent to you by SMS when you applied) and a description of what happened.
- We'll acknowledge your complaint and look into it with the loan advisor involved.
- We'll let you know the outcome and what we're doing about it.
What We Do About It
Every complaint is reviewed. If a loan advisor is found to have broken our rules — charging a borrower, misrepresenting a lender's offer, or similar — we take action, which can include removing them from the platform.
If You're Not Satisfied
If you feel your complaint wasn't handled properly, you can ask for it to be escalated to a senior member of our team.
